1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Pepper, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
Pepper provides a managed platform for operating autonomous AI agents across product, growth, and company-building workflows. The service includes agent provisioning, orchestration, observability, and related tools.
3. Account & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Credits & Payments
Credits purchased through the platform are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. All payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the charges you initiate. Pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to distribute malicious software, to interfere with the service's operation, or to violate any third-party rights. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your data and agent configurations. Pepper retains ownership of the platform, its code, branding, and documentation. You grant us a limited license to host and process your content solely to provide the service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pepper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the preceding 12 months.
8. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur. We are not liable for downtime or data loss.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access will be revoked and your data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notice.
